Dealing the lending institutions was tedious. I can appreciate that they are overwhelmed but the number of times that the same info was sent, only to have it lost and requiring resending was so numerous as to become hilarious. Kari found a cash buyer the first week in January and we closed last day in April.

When it came time for him to sell his house I was nervous because I was so far away and didn't want anyone to take advantage of him. EVERYTHING was put to ease as soon as he chose Kari to be his realtor. She corresponded extremely well with me, and was very patient with me dad. Between dealing with Wells Fargo (I know that will be your most memorable thing ever!), getting a new buyer after the first one pulled out, to dealing with me (which I KNOW was the EASIEST thing for sure…ha ha ha) and working with the buyer’s agent to get this all done, you really brought it home.

When the first home we chose Kari and her team worked their tail off to trying to get the deal pit together. A large corporation owned it and although they agreed to fix everything the inspector found wrong, they never corrected one  thing. So Kari recommended that we start looking for another home. She stayed in close contact the entire time. I finally found another home in a deeded community and it was twice the home that I thought we wanted. Kari again went to work negotiating for us and we ended up getting a VA no money down home! We absolutely love it. Kari is a very hard worker and professional. She dots all the i's and crosses all the t’s. I highly recommend her! You can’t go wrong with Kari Battaglia! If we ever move again she’ll be who we call first.

A few weeks ago after looking at a couple of properties, Kari asked if we would be interested in a particular property, in a location we had never considered before. During a conversation, sometime later, we asked Kari why in the world would she have recommended that particular property? My particular transaction was a short sale and she was incredibly sympathetic and kind regarding the dreadful financial situation that brings someone to the point of resorting to a short sale. Barbara was wonderful in executing the entire process. With over 19 years experience in the realestate business her knowledge was useful when it came to home inspections, insurance references, and knowing the ins and outs of the Terra Cove community.
